Sorafenib Sorafenib

Formulation and specifications: Tablets: 200mg
Indications: Advanced kidney cancer.
Key points for rational drug use:
1. CYP3A4 inducers in combination with sorafenib may reduce the drug concentration of sorafenib, and based on current data, it is unlikely that CYP3A4 inhibitors and sorafenib interact in terms of clinical pharmacokinetics.
2. Administered on an empty stomach, no genetic testing is required prior to dosing.
3. Suspension and/or dose reduction of sorafenib may be required in the presence of suspected adverse drug reactions.
4. The most common adverse reactions include diarrhea, malaise, alopecia, infection, skin reactions on hands and feet, and rash. Avoid the application of potent inhibitors of CYP3A4 and potent inducers.
5. Contraindicated in patients with severe hypersensitivity to sorafenib or any of the inactive ingredients of this product.
