What is the cause of sweaty feet in hot water?

Sweating in hot water is usually a normal phenomenon, mostly due to the increased blood circulation caused by the hot water. However, it can also be associated with disease. Localised sweating may be a case of restrictive hyperhidrosis, and sweat with an unpleasant odour may be a case of odorous sweating. If there is no abnormality on dermatological examination, endocrine disorders may be suspected.
