There is no such thing as the best treatment for sweaty hands and feet alone and treatment needs to be combined with the cause. If the symptoms appear due to foul sweating, the patient can be treated with medication such as 25% aluminium chloride solution, 5% to 10% formaldehyde solution, 2% to 10% glutaraldehyde solution; other conditions such as foul sweating also require the use of corresponding medication.
