Circumcision of the glans in children

What is glans vulgaris? Glansitis is also divided into prepuce and glansitis, and is often called glansitis because it occurs at the same time. This inflammation can be both infectious and non-infectious, with infectious glansitis being the most common clinically. The infectious ones are often caused by infection with Candida albicans, trichomonas or other bacteria; the non-infectious ones are caused by local irritation, prepuce irritation, etc. Circumcision is mostly seen in adolescents and children. It is often caused by long foreskin, foreskin scale, when not pay attention to local hygiene, so that the accumulation of dirt in the foreskin plus bacterial infection after the onset. In the early stages of the disease, only the head of the penis and the inner plate of the foreskin are flushed and accompanied by itching. In the case of severe cases, pain and tenderness can occur; in the later stages, superficial ulcers can occur within the foreskin, with yellow or cheese-like discharge, often accompanied by odor; local redness and swelling is significant, which can affect urination and painful urination. The symptoms of glans penis are redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, aggravation during urination, and purulent discharge from the mouth of the foreskin. If the foreskin is turned over, the inner plate of the foreskin and the head of the penis can be seen to be congested and swollen, and in severe cases there can be shallow small ulcers or erosions that show pus. When treating glans vulgaris, we often use boric acid powder (3%, 30g) soak, such as a quarter packet of boric acid powder plus a cup of warm water (disposable cup) local immersion for three to five minutes, you can also use 1/5000 potassium permanganate liquid dip, plus antibiotic ointment such as Bactrim or fusidic acid cream twice daily topical application, if the local inflammation is heavy, you can also take oral antibiotics such as Ciclopiro or Sifosu, etc. If the local inflammation is severe, oral antibiotics such as Ciclopiro or Sefixin can be taken at the same time. If the foreskin cannot be turned over and washed and drainage is poor due to encopresis or foreskin edema, and the inflammation does not subside with general treatment, a back circumcision is feasible to facilitate drainage. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on this. If the disease is found, the foreskin will be turned over in the affected area with potassium permanganate solution soak cleaning, appropriate application of antibiotics, more in a few days to cure. If it is more serious, it needs to be treated effectively under the guidance of a doctor.
