Teach you how to clean the foreskin

Pediatric circumcision or prepuce often leads to redness and swelling of genital infections due to foreskin scale, which is the result of long term storage of debris infection. For this reason, parents are reminded to wash their children’s bottoms often with clean water. It is normal for parents to wash their children’s bottoms after a child’s bowel movement, but for young boys, many parents do not do enough. In childhood, the foreskin of the penis are wrapped around the glans, its high temperature and humidity, easy for bacteria to breed, causing inflammation; and also easy to produce some white material, these substances are called foreskin scale. The place where the foreskin covers the glans is the “hiding place” and is an important part of cleaning. Therefore, parents should often gently open the child’s foreskin, exposing the glans, and wash it with clean warm water. When cleaning, the action should be light, avoid using liquid and soap containing medicinal ingredients to avoid trauma, irritation and allergic reactions. After cleaning, dry gently and flip the foreskin back gently. There are also some boys who have tight foreskin mouths or are born with very small foreskin, so you should not forcefully flip the foreskin. Otherwise, it will cause trauma or cause imbedded prepuce. For such children, in addition to regular attention to keep the local clean, dry, should be in preschool 4-6 years old to see a regular hospital urology department to perform circumcision surgery.
