Peiyang tuberculosis only Tuberculosis lesions in the lungs, direct sputum smear negative for acid-fast bacilli and positive sputum culture for Mycobacterium tuberculosis 3. Bacteria-negative tuberculosis Pulmonary tuberculosis with tuberculosis lesions in the lungs and negative direct smear/ or culture of Mycobacterium bovis, the main points of diagnosis are 2. Anti-tuberculosis treatment is effective. 3. Other tuberculous lung diseases can be excluded clinically. 4. BALF (bronchoalveolar lavage fluid) detects acid-resistant bacilli. 5. Histopathological examination of the bronchi or lungs confirms tuberculous lesions. 6. Strongly positive skin test for tuberculin (PPD 5TU); positive serum anti-tuberculosis antibody. 7. Positive sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis PCR plus probe test. 8, Extra-pulmonary histopathological examination confirmed tuberculosis lesions.
