Unexplained fever: For long-term fever that is not treated with antibiotics or anti-tuberculosis and tumors are excluded, the possibility of rheumatic immune disease must be considered.  9, recurrent ophthalmia, external genital ulcers and oral ulcers: this manifestation can occur in leukoaraiosis.  10, easy to catch a cold: primary or secondary immune deficiency can appear easy to catch a cold.  11, other manifestations such as nodular erythema, photosensitivity, recurrent thrombosis, joint or muscle stiffness, recurrent auricular swelling and pain, recurrent purulent or bloody nasal discharge, recurrent miscarriage, waxy fingers (toes), local or generalized skin sclerosis, generalized pain with insomnia and cold and fear of cold limbs may be manifestations of some rheumatic immune disease.
