It is often used clinically for kidney deficiency and impotence, cold pain in the waist and knees, spermatorrhea, enuresis, urinary frequency, kidney deficiency and asthma, and diarrhea of the fifth shift. The dosage of this product is generally 15g, and 20g can be used when the patient has loose stools. Epimedium, also known as Xian Ling Spleen, Putting on the Staff, and Abandoning the Staff. It belongs to the Liver and Kidney meridians. It can tonify the kidney and strengthen yang, dispel wind and dampness, treat impotence, draining urine, contracture of tendons and bones, hemiplegia, weakness of the waist and knees, and rheumatic paralysis. The use of this product is generally 10-12g. Eucommia Ulmoides, enters the kidney and liver meridians. It is effective in tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, and calming the fetus. It is used for treating soreness of the lumbar spine, impotence of the feet and knees, residual draining of urine, fetal leakage and abortion, and fetal movement. Fried Eucommia nervosa with salt increases the power of tonifying the kidney and warming the yang. The use of this product is generally 15-20g, the maximum amount available is 30g.
