Is cancer in the right nostril that hurts when pressed?

Pain in the right nostril when pressed is not necessarily cancer, but may be due to nasal vestibulitis or infection of the external nose. A common cancer in the external nose is basal cell carcinoma, which mainly manifests as neoplastic skin on the external nose with less obvious pain. The common cancer in the nasal cavity is nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but the early symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are blood in nasal aspiration, blood in sputum and nasal obstruction, which do not include nostril pain. If it progresses to the end stage, nasal facial numbness appears instead of nostril pain. However, if patients with nasopharyngeal cancer often wipe their noses or wipe nosebleeds in the early stage, it is possible that the nasal mucosa may break down, which in turn may cause pain in the nostrils when pressed. However, this condition is more common in patients with non-cancerous rhinovestibulitis or external nasal infection. If you have nasal vestibulitis or external nasal infection, you should pay attention to it. If you have nose pain, you should go to the hospital for nasal endoscopy and other related examinations to clarify the cause and carry out symptomatic treatment to ensure the health of your nose, so that your nose can return to normal as soon as possible.
