How is epicondylitis of the humerus treated?

1.Rest and change of activity pattern Proper rest is especially important in the acute stage (severe redness, swelling and pain), but change of activity pattern is even more important. Identifying the cause of the injury and making the appropriate changes can slow the condition. Studies have shown that tennis players suffering from tennis elbow can reduce the disease by 90% simply by reducing the intensity of training and scientific exercise. 2.Physical therapy Rest, ice, immobilization, elevation and electrotherapy can control the inflammation and make the tendon heal in a good environment. 3.Medication Anti-inflammatory drugs can help reduce pain and inflammation. Some people want to reduce the pain quickly, they choose local steroid injection, but in fact it is not recommended because of the harmful effects on the tissue.
