During the clinic, we found that many hypertensive patients have a misconception that it is the high temperature in summer, blood vessels dilate, blood pressure will naturally fall, so they relax treatment and health care, and some reduce or stop their own medication. There are also unscheduled work and rest, and even drinking and eating with friends in the night market, leading to higher blood pressure and aggravation of the condition. So here is a reminder for patients to take their medication as prescribed, maintain a low salt diet, eat more foods rich in potassium and calcium and low in sodium, such as potatoes, kelp, milk, sour milk, bananas, etc., and work and rest reasonably. You should keep a good attitude, test your blood pressure yourself if you can, and follow up with your doctor whenever you feel uncomfortable.
