1. 24 hours after surgery, move the wrist joint; 2. 1-2 days after surgery, practice simple movements such as finger extension and fist clenching; 3. 2-3 days after surgery, practice elbow flexion and wrist flexion and forearm extension and flexion in sitting position; 4. 3-5 days after surgery, touch the ipsilateral ear and ipsilateral shoulder with the affected hand; 5. 5-7 days after surgery, practice shoulder lift and shoulder flexion to 90°; 6. 7-10 days after surgery, practice lifting the affected limb and “wall climbing” movement, and increase the amount of movement day by day thereafter; 7. 10 days after surgery, practice “hoop” movement several times a day.
