  1. If the symptoms are obvious, please consult your physician during the outpatient follow-up to facilitate the treatment.  2, the diet during chemotherapy is light and easy to digest, spicy and stimulating food is not recommended, but you can use condiments as appropriate according to your taste. If vomiting occurs, you can eat again after vomiting, and the type of food you eat is liquid or semi-liquid porridge is better.  3.Oral vitamin B complex, digestive enzymes, etc. can be taken under the guidance of physicians during chemotherapy, which may improve appetite.  4.Western medicine does not have the requirement of abstaining from eating, you can decide whether to abstain from eating according to your personal habits and the requirements of Chinese medicine. However, the overall dietary requirements are meat and vegetables, fresh and easy to digest, and excessive tonic and medication are not advocated.  5.If mouth ulcers appear, please maintain oral hygiene and use commercially available mouthwash (avoid irritating mouthwash, it can be half diluted) to rinse your mouth. Also consult your physician for further treatment.  6, intravenous oxaliplatin (Ai Heng, Loxadine, etc.) precautions: oxaliplatin chemotherapy common side effects are neurotoxicity, more common for abnormal arm sensation or abnormal body sensation, etc., can generally recover on their own. During the week of intravenous oxaliplatin injection, cold stimulation must be avoided, including cold water, cold wind and cold metal, and it is recommended to wear gloves and high-collared tops during chemotherapy.  7, chemotherapy drug side effects, can cause liver and kidney toxicity and blood white blood cell decline, therefore, each intravenous chemotherapy before and after a week, must check liver function, kidney function and blood routine, and timely inform the competent physician test results. During the chemotherapy period and inter-chemotherapy period, it is recommended to check blood routine twice a week, or once a week if the white blood cell level is stable. (Key time periods include: 1 week after chemotherapy and before chemotherapy). If platelets fall, be careful to eat foods and drugs that have an impact on coagulation, such as tomatoes, ginger, garlic, aspirin, pau d’arco, etc. You can eat peanut jelly, etc.  8.Please pay attention to the protection of blood vessels during chemotherapy, if you find exudation, you can buy “Xitropan” for external use at the pharmacy outside the hospital, and do local treatment according to the nurse or doctor’s request.  9.If you have fever, cold or other unwell symptoms, please inform the doctor in charge in time to decide whether to carry out chemotherapy.
