1. There is a lump in the breast, hard, not smooth, mostly solitary. 2. There is overflowing blood discharge from the nipple. 3.Both breasts are asymmetrical. 4. Nipple retraction and orange peel-like change of breast skin. 5.Epidermal erosion and eczema-like changes at the nipple or areola. 6.Significant enlargement of the breast, redness and swelling, with rapid progress of changes. 7.Breast reduction, nipple position retraction. 8.The axillary lymph nodes are enlarged, and sometimes you can feel the feeling of squeezing objects in the armpit. 9. In advanced stage, the breast may break down and form ulcers, and there may be enlarged supraclavicular lymph nodes, bone pain, back pain, abdominal distension, epigastric lumps, anemia and weight loss.
