Are sleep disorders life-threatening?

  In the thick of the night, you can hear the sound of thunderous snoring from time to time. This is the time to be alert to the fact that an invisible killer may have crept up on you or your family. In life, we may occasionally encounter this situation, a friend who has always been healthy in sleep inexplicably died, a lively and cute baby in sleep quietly passed away, unaware that these accidents may be related to a common phenomenon in our sleep, that is, snoring and frequent sleep apnea, that is, the so-called sleep apnea adaptation syndrome. Severe cases may be accompanied by hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage and other diseases of the cardiovascular system and other important vital organs.
