Normal sleep time is several hours

  Normal sleep duration varies somewhat depending on the age group. The normal sleep time for newborns is usually 18-20 hours per day, for infants and toddlers it is usually 12-16 hours, for teenagers around 9-11 hours, and for adults around 6-8 hours per day.  Normal sleep needs to ensure sufficient time and sleep quality, and there should be no snoring or apnea during sleep. Normal sleep time is related to individual physiological rhythm, as long as it can ensure a good mental state during the day, it can indicate sufficient sleep. In the arrangement of sleep morning and night, try to work and rest regularly and do not stay up late. For adults, if you stay up late for a long time, even if you have slept for 8 hours, it will easily lead to endocrine disorders and physiological clock disorders.  With the increase of life pressure, people’s sleep is increasingly in a subhealthy state, need to raise concern, timely adjustment, to ensure normal and healthy sleep.
