Pregnant women have a very high chance of forming venous thrombosis due to changes in hormone levels, compression of veins by the fetal head in the pelvis, surgical stimulation, and postoperative bed rest, etc. Once diagnosed, low molecular heparin anticoagulation should be given immediately. After the formation of thrombosis, if the swelling is abnormally severe, with white, purple and cold symptoms in the lower extremities, it suggests the possibility of femoral cyanosis and femoral leukomalacia, which affect the arterial blood supply, this situation is more urgent and requires emergency filter implantation, incision and embolization to resolve the swelling in the lower extremities and release the arterial compression. If the swelling is relatively serious, interventional thrombolysis can be used; if the symptoms are mild and the economic conditions are average, low-molecular heparin anticoagulation can be used to improve the symptoms and treat venous thrombosis as well.
