A, moderate exercise, pay attention to the heat 1, patients should be based on their own situation, choose the way and amount of exercise within their capabilities, all exercise to “safety” as the first premise; patients with mobility problems should be accompanied by family members; we do not practice sweat, exhaustion, which will aggravate the disease.  2, patients should avoid going out to exercise in extreme heat, you can choose in the early morning or evening when the weather is cool, in the open field for outdoor exercise, such as the park.
