Etiology of Wandering Painful Swelling of Joints

Wandering pain is most common in rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Doctors call this type of pain, where the pain rotates throughout the body, “wandering pain”. Pain that is localized to the joint is called simple arthritis. Simple arthritis pain is less widespread. It is mainly a signal from inflammation in the joint cavity. The main causes of joint wandering pain are degenerative changes in the joints; chronic strain on the joints; osteoarthritis caused by rheumatism, rheumatoid, etc.; and the decline of ovarian function and estrogen secretion, resulting in a large loss of calcium, causing osteoporosis. Generally speaking, after the age of 40, as the secretion of estrogen decreases in women, it will inhibit the absorption of calcium in the intestine, and the activity of osteoblasts also decreases, at which time there will be a large loss of bone mass, and the vast majority of people will have different degrees of general muscle pain, especially low back muscle pain, intercostal pain, hip pain, etc. It is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible to take an X-ray. For pain caused by osteoporosis, it is better to do bone density test and related metabolic indexes to determine the degree of bone reduction and then treat it symptomatically. If the pain is caused by osteoarthritis, the pain can be treated with a combination of anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, muscle-relieving and invigorating Chinese and Western medicines and physical therapy to reduce the swelling and spasm of the local joints caused by hyperplasia, so that the pain can be relieved. If the osteoarthritis is caused by rheumatism or rheumatoid rheumatism, most of the pain is accompanied by redness and swelling of the joints, so it is advisable to go to the rheumatology department of the hospital for anti-O, blood sedimentation and rheumatoid factor testing.
