How does trichomoniasis cause

There is no medical term for trichomonas vaginalis, it should be trichomonas vaginalis. Trichomoniasis is a vaginal inflammation caused by Trichomonas vaginalis infection and is a common type of vaginal inflammation in women and a common sexually transmitted disease. It is mainly transmitted through the following ways: Direct transmission through sexual contact is the main mode of transmission of trichomoniasis. It can also be transmitted indirectly through public baths, bath tubs, bath towels, swimming pools, bidets, contaminated clothing, contaminated instruments or dressings, etc. Trichomonas vaginalis is usually found in the perineal glands or vaginal folds in women, but can also be found in the foreskin folds, urethra or prostate gland in men, and men are usually asymptomatic when infected, thus becoming the source of infection. Both men and women are susceptible to Trichomonas vaginalis infection when they have unhygienic sex or frequent unprotected sex, or if they frequent the public places mentioned above. In women, Trichomonas vaginalis can remain latent in the body for 4-28 days without showing symptoms. Around the time of menstruation, for physiological reasons, the vaginal environment becomes suitable for the survival and reproduction of Trichomonas vaginalis, resulting in an increase in vaginal discharge, color change, odor, vulvar itching, burning, pain, and painful intercourse, i.e. trichomonas vaginalis. If the patient is not treated in time, symptoms of urinary tract infection such as frequent urination, urgency and painful urination may occur. Trichomoniasis is mainly transmitted through sexual contact. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to sexual hygiene in daily life, avoid frequent unprotected sex, avoid sexual intercourse before the disease is cured; pay attention to high temperature disinfection of underwear and towels in close contact.
