So excessive Internet, bedtime chat, night singing karaoke, can lead to future sleep disorders.  2, shift night shift?  Some people are not suitable for night shift, the body can try to adapt in the first few years, but after 2-3 years, there will be difficulties to sleep, women’s menstruation, pregnancy will be affected.  3, exercise before bed can help sleep?  Some people get more excited the more they exercise, to look at their body type. Some people play ball at night, fitness, very tired, muscle excitement, the same difficult to sleep.  So my sleep I can not make the decision, to follow the climate due to nature, in line with the daily circadian pattern, deny health will receive damage day by day.
