What does double lung inflammatory change mean?

Double lung inflammation refers to the current manifestation of inflammation in both lungs, usually due to bacterial infection, which occurs because the infection is more severe. Double lung infection is more commonly known as hospital-acquired pneumonia, and most patients are caused by infection with gram-negative bacilli. In the case of Gram-positive coccus infection, the patient will usually present with infection in only one lobe or segment of the lung. Of course it is possible for a double lung infection to be just a common pneumonia, such as a double pneumonia caused by mycoplasma or chlamydia infection. In addition to the infection of both lungs may be caused by lung infection, it may also be combined with emphysema. For this case, timely treatment with antibiotic drugs, such as penicillin and cephalosporins, should be the main treatment, and at the same time need to cooperate with cough, phlegm and asthma drugs with treatment, such as aminophylline and salbutamol.
