Eat more green vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins; spinach can aggravate the symptoms of lupus nephritis, so it should not be consumed. Cauliflower can accelerate the process of hair loss and should not be consumed. Celery, etc., can easily cause facial erythema and should not be consumed. (3) Meat: mutton, dog meat, venison, horse meat and donkey meat are warm in nature and should not be eaten by patients with discoid lupus erythematosus. (4) Seafood: Fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood may cause allergic reactions or relapse in some patients with discoid lupus erythematosus, so it is best to avoid them. (5) Patients with discoid lupus erythematosus who have high cholesterol. Animal offal, egg yolk, scallop, pig brain, etc. should be prohibited. (6) Fruits: Patients with discoid lupus erythematosus who are photosensitive are forbidden to eat figs (foods that enhance photosensitivity); allergic patients should eat pineapple, mango and prune with caution. (7) High phenyl ammonia protein food: such as beef, dairy products, tofu skin, dried pine fish, and less food with soy acid, such as fava beans and soybean food, because these foods may induce and contribute to the deterioration of the disease. (8) Spicy and irritating foods: This is a big taboo in the diet of lupus erythematosus, including hot foods such as chili, garlic, onion, leek, cinnamon, etc. Although there is no absolute taboo for lupus erythematosus patients, they should not eat more. Patients with hyperlipidemia caused by taking hormones should pay attention to eating less fatty and cholesterol-rich foods. Sweet food with high sugar content should also be eaten sparingly. (9) Alcohol should not be consumed. It is also inappropriate to drink medicinal wine and tonic wine, and you should quit smoking. (10) Avoid estrogen-containing drugs and foods. Such as placenta, umbilical cord, royal jelly, toad oil, certain female contraceptives, etc. (3) For those with renal damage manifestations, such as oliguria, hypertension, edema or azotemia, a low salt and low protein diet should be used and water intake should be restricted. When the edema subsides, the blood pressure is normal and the egg massemia disappears, you can eat a normal diet.
