Male 27 years old with headache and loss of vision in the right eye. Recurrence 1 year after resection of spongy sinus meningioma. Previously treated with Gamma Knife. He was admitted to our hospital for another craniotomy for sub-total resection of the tumor, with multiple intraoperative ruptures of the internal carotid artery, which were given sutures. Postoperative recovery was good.
