How to use gymnastic therapy to treat frozen shoulder?

1.Gymnastics 1: The patient stands in a standing position, lunges, crosses the waist with one hand, and holds an empty fist in the other hand at the waist. Do rotational exercises of the shoulder joint on the affected side. First, rotate the shoulder joint clockwise 5-10 times, then rotate the shoulder joint counterclockwise 5-10 times, alternating. The rotation speed is gradually accelerated and the rotation amplitude is gradually increased. Note that when doing shoulder joint rotation, keep your head and chest as stable as possible so that your body does not swing with the rotation of the shoulder joint as much as possible. Do this 2-3 times a day for 3-5 minutes each time. 2.Gymnastics 2: Patients stand in a standing position with their arms extended 90 degrees on both sides of the body. Raise both arms in an arc from both sides of the body and cross the head and neck at the same time, stay for 1-2 seconds after reaching the limit, then descend in an arc from the original path and cross in front of the abdomen. Repeat 5-10 times, 3-5 minutes each time. 3, gymnastics three: the patient standing position, the arms are placed down on both sides of the body. Hands clenched fist, both elbow joints straight, both arms at the same time after stretching, up to the limit, and then force to the back of the arm, while the chest out forward, repeat for 5-7 times after the return to the original position. Then extend both arms forward at the same time until both arms are raised parallel to each other over the head, and after reaching the limit position, force the arms to the back of the body, while the chest is pushed forward, repeat 5-10 times, 2-3 times a day. 4.Gymnastics four: Patients standing position, hands on the back, the healthy side of the hand pull the affected wrist, gradually force, the affected hand to the top, rear and healthy side of the pull, up to the limit or the affected shoulder joint pain, and then pull a force, immediately relax. Repeat 10-15 times, 1-2 times a day. 5.Gymnastics 5: Patients sit or stand, cross the hands behind the neck and hold the head. Push the head forward with both hands, elbows outward and backward for shoulder abduction, while holding the chest and head up. When the shoulder joints are abducted to the limit, abduct them again with force and relax immediately after the painful sensation of the affected shoulder joint appears. 6.Gymnastics 6: Patients stand in a standing position with both arms relaxed on the side of the body and the affected arm bent at the elbow behind the back. The patient extends the upper limb of the painful side as far back as possible and uses the back of the hand to touch the scapular area of the healthy side. Continue for 5 seconds and then relax, restoring the affected hand to the position, repeatedly do 10-15 times, 1-2 times a day. 7.Gymnastics 7: Patients stand in a standing position with arms naturally hanging down. The right arm is bent at the elbow and lifted up over the head, the right hand holds the left side of the neck, while the left arm is bent at the elbow and the left hand is lifted behind the waist. After the arms reach the limit, exert force inwardly and outwardly at the same time, relax immediately after the pain appears in the affected shoulder, and then change to the left arm upward to press the neck, the right arm bending the elbow to protect the waist, do the same exercise, alternately 5-10 times, 2-3 times a day. 8.Gymnastics eight: Patients standing or sitting position, cross fingers, hands back to the ground, both elbow joints completely straight, slowly lift both arms and hands to the front of the body, arms in front of the body after lifting flat, stop 2-3 seconds, continue to lift to the top of the head, in the shape of “to the sky”, at the same time the patient raised his head, eyes upward look at the hands. When both hands reach the limit, move both arms to the back of the body at the same time. When the shoulder joint on the affected side becomes painful, return both upper limbs to their original position along the original pathway.
