Recently, patients with shoulder and back pain are frequently seen in outpatient clinics, accounting for 60% of the patients with pain. Most of them have pain in the front or back of the shoulder, and even they cannot lift it and have difficulty in dressing. According to Chinese medicine, this is because the meridian qi and blood in the neck and shoulder area is already not smooth, and when it encounters cold, the meridian qi and blood become more stagnant, and if it does not pass, it hurts. Therefore, we would like to give a few suggestions to our patients: 1. In winter and spring, when the weather is cold and the temperature is unpredictable, you should add clothes instead of taking them off when you enter the house from outdoors because, when the weather outside has just turned warm and the indoor temperature has not reached the outdoor temperature, the cold invades when you enter the house and take off your clothes and the shoulder gets cold, which induces pain. 2, long-term neck and shoulder pain can not be ignored. As modern people work in front of the computer for a long time, the neck and shoulder are mostly in a state of strain, but normal people have the role of self-regulation, rest or activity will get some relief. But in the long run, the quantitative change will turn into qualitative change, and one day, the accumulated strain will make the neck, shoulder and back unbearable, causing pain and even affecting the bones. 3.The cold shoulder must be treated with warmth in order to drive away the cold and remove the pain, such as moxibustion, hot compresses and so on. 4.Strengthen the joint activities, and even tolerate painful activities, in order to condense the shoulder to move freely after a period of time.
