This patient’s symptoms were heavy, but there were several features that could exclude coronary heart disease: 1. the duration of chest tightness was not consistent with coronary heart disease; 2. the onset and relief of chest tightness were not consistent with coronary heart disease; 3. the risk factors were not sufficient to cause coronary heart disease; 4. the accompanying symptoms were not consistent with coronary heart disease.
