Current epidemiologic data suggest that patients with novel coronavirus infection may present with headache, but this is uncommon and not diagnostic because it is not specific. The majority of patients with novel coronavirus infection have fever as the first symptom, along with dry cough, general malaise, loss of appetite, poor mental performance and, in severe cases, respiratory distress. In addition, some cases have mild symptoms or even no obvious fever, but only atypical clinical manifestations, such as mild nausea, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, panic, chest tightness, conjunctivitis, and muscle pain in the limbs and lower back. However, the above symptoms alone cannot diagnose whether the body is infected with novel coronavirus, and the final diagnosis must rely on the pathogenetic test results.
