Stomach pain with back pain

If a patient has stomach pain and back pain, it is highly likely to be due to angina pectoris. It is recommended that the patient take nitroglycerin under the tongue or compound salvia drops. If the symptoms improve after taking the medication, it further confirms that the angina pectoris is the cause of the attack. It is also possible that the patient may have stomach pain with cholecystitis, which may cause similar discomfort, and if the stomach pain is accompanied by cholecystitis, there is pain in the back, often confined to the right side. Patients are advised to check cardiac enzymes and cardiac ultrasound if necessary, as well as to observe the dynamic evolution of the electrocardiogram.
