The timing of cancer attack and defense

The struggle between good and evil always runs through the whole process of the occurrence, development, recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors, that is, the reason why people get cancer is closely related to their relative lack of internal positive energy, which cannot effectively inhibit cancer cells. Since the human body cannot rely on its own strength to control the occurrence and development of cancer, it must rely on external strength. At present, there are only two major strategies for cancer treatment, one is to directly kill cancer cells by attacking (eliminating evil) methods; the other is to apply defense (supporting righteousness) means to enhance the immunity of the body and strengthen the physiological functions of various systems of the body, so as to effectively inhibit the development of cancer cells. The question is, how do we grasp the appropriate timing of attack and defense? In other words, how do we grasp the proportion of whether to focus on attack or defense?
In general, the anti-tumor efficacy under different concepts varies and sometimes is diametrically opposed.
  Early stage cases
  1. Complete destruction: In early stage cancer patients, their tumors are limited to a certain part of the body, the tumors are small in size and fail to form invasion to surrounding tissues or distant metastasis, and the functions of important organs and the physical condition of patients are basically normal. For this group of patients, it is feasible to apply more drastic attack therapy in the short term to completely kill the tumor cells. For example, a stage I breast cancer patient, whose general physical condition is good, undergoes radical surgery in time after the tumor is clearly diagnosed to completely remove the tumor lesion, and thereafter carries out a period of conditioning with Chinese medicine therapy, so as to both remove the cancer cells and recover from the surgical blow in a short period of time to the maximum extent, and finally obtain a complete recovery.
  2. Adding more feet to a snake: In the process of tumor treatment, if some attacking therapies which are actually unnecessary are used excessively because of the concern of tumor recurrence and metastasis, it will cause excessive harm to the patient’s body. Take the above-mentioned stage I breast cancer as an example, if we adopt preoperative radiotherapy, radical radical surgery (without preserving the pectoralis major and minor muscles, thus increasing the difficulty of wound healing) and postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy, such treatment is excessive treatment, which not only increases the patient’s pain, but also does not help to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of the tumor.
  Middle and late stage cases
1.Dying together: In middle and late stage cancer patients, their tumors are large in size and there are extensive invasion of surrounding tissues and metastasis of distant organs, and due to the huge consumption of tumors, the immune function, the function of important organs and general physical condition of the body are in abnormal state. At this time, if we want to achieve complete elimination of cancer cells, we must apply intense attack therapy repeatedly for a long time, while the patient’s physical condition cannot bear such anti-tumor therapy which is established in theory. The consequence of blind application of aggressive therapy is that the efficacy of tumor killing is not obvious, while the patient’s condition further deteriorates. Previously there have been painful lessons in this regard.
In the first seven years of development of oncology discipline, cancer was considered as a malignant disease with the development of local lesions as the main contradiction. Therefore, the terms “radical surgery”, “super radical surgery”, “radical radiotherapy” and “radical chemotherapy” are widely popular, and expanding the scope of surgery and increasing the dose of radiotherapy or chemotherapy seem to be the only way to improve the efficacy of tumor treatment. Moreover, the guideline for measuring the efficacy of anti-tumor therapy is very single, i.e. whether it can achieve complete removal of tumor lesions. Under the guidance of the above-mentioned thinking, the blind attack of “seeing the trees but not the forest” has led to the deterioration and even death of some advanced patients. The patient was initially treated with immunotherapy, local chest fluid aspiration and chest chemotherapy, as well as Chinese medicine, and as a result, the primary lesion in the lung did not increase significantly within three years; the pleural fluid was significantly controlled. However, an X-ray examination three years later revealed that the intrapulmonary lesion was slightly enlarged compared with the previous one, and the patient and his family tried their best to request the application of chemotherapy in order to control the development of the lesion, while the patient’s general physical condition was not very good at this time, that is, he could barely accept those chemotherapy regimens that did not have a great impact on the heart, and two cycles of chemotherapy were performed. After chemotherapy, the tumor lesions did not shrink significantly, but the patient’s physical condition deteriorated sharply, with symptoms such as chest tightness and dyspnea significantly aggravated, and obvious lung infection appeared, and the patient died in less than one month. Thus, it can be seen that the application of the dispelling attack method under the condition of the patient’s poor physical condition and the relatively large tumor advantage in the body may lead to the treatment result that the cancer cells die with the patient’s life.
2.Dance with wolves: For advanced cases, when one realizes the objective fact that complete cure is not possible with current medical methods, it is better to “dance with wolves” and live in peace than to fight hard and lose both sides.
Most of the lung cancer patients treated by the author are already in the middle and late stages, and it is impossible to completely kill the tumor cells with the current treatment methods, and due to the long time consumption of the tumor, the patients are often in poor health and cannot tolerate further blows from the attack therapy. Under such circumstances, a series of treatment methods such as immunization, Chinese medicine and qigong exercise to improve the defense ability of the diseased organism against tumor cells can inhibit the development of tumor lesions to a certain extent without causing too much damage to the normal physiological functions of the patient. This strategy of advanced tumor treatment, which is mainly defensive and supplemented by aggressive treatment, can reduce symptoms and prolong life while suppressing tumor development.
Thus, it can be seen that accurate timing of attack and defense in the process of tumor treatment is the key to obtain curative effect.
The basic prerequisites of attack and defense
  1.Basic prerequisites for attacking cancer
The general physical condition of the patient as well as the nutritional status is good, with a Carlsbad score of 60 or above.
The function of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney is good.
Normal blood picture, with white blood cells over 4000 and platelets over 100,000.
The tumor cells are sensitive to the selected attack therapy.
Short-term and interval application of attack therapy is appropriate.
  2. The timing of defense against cancer is applied simultaneously with the attack therapy to protect the righteousness.
Apply in the interval between attack therapies to revive the righteous qi. In advanced stage patients, the deficiency of righteousness is obvious, so the main focus should be on supporting righteousness.
After the end of the attack therapy, apply the method of mainly supporting the righteousness for long-term conditioning to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of tumor.
Defensive therapy can be applied for a long time and continuously.
