Can misaligned bones be repaired on their own?

Bone dislocations cannot be repaired on their own. Bone dislocation is usually caused by excessive joint movement, excessive force or sudden impact, resulting in the tearing of the ligaments that are connected to the adjacent bones and the dislocation of the bones in the joint area, resulting in a sprain. There are ligaments and tendons distributed around the bone, and when a fracture occurs, the tendons, ligaments and other tissues will inevitably pull on the bone tissue, so it is difficult to do self-repair. If the fracture is only a simple dislocation, it can be slowly recovered by external fixation after repositioning by manipulation or by pulling the fracture end back to its normal position by external force acting on the limb. In contrast, some comminuted fractures or fracture dislocations that are difficult to cover require surgical treatment, and internal fixation with materials such as plates and intramedullary nails are used after surgery to provide good fixation. In case of bone dislocation, you must go to the orthopedic department of a regular hospital for treatment in a timely manner. If the treatment is improper, it is difficult to recover and will affect the specific bone and joint functions at the same time. Avoid premature exercise during the injury, and a light and nutritious diet is advisable.
