Laboratory tests must be based on the history and physical examination of the objective material for the generalization and analysis, from which several diagnostic possibilities are proposed, and then further consideration of those laboratory tests to confirm the diagnosis. Basic examination: 1. Anterior rhinoscopy. 2.X-ray nasal aneurysm to clarify whether there is concurrent sinus infection. Further examination: 1.Smear of nasal secretion to detect pathogenic bacteria. 2.Bacterial culture of nasal secretion + drug sensitivity. 3.Virus examination if necessary, special culture, isolation and identification are needed.
