Is a high pressure of 140 and a low pressure of 90 normal?

  High pressure of 140 mmHg and low pressure of 90 mmHg are not normal. At present, it is generally advocated that the target value of blood pressure control should be less than 140/90mmHg. When hypertension occurs, timely consultation and reasonable treatment should be carried out. If you are a hypertensive patient yourself or have diabetes or coronary heart disease, you should follow up promptly and not adjust the dose and type of medication without authorization.
