Can hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites be cured?

Hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites is clinically difficult to cure completely, because the ascites is produced, basically the disease has progressed to cirrhosis loss of compensation. The morphological structure of the liver has changed, the volume of the liver has shrunk, the effective function of hepatocytes has decreased significantly, and the ability of hepatocytes to synthesize albumin has decreased significantly, so it causes the plasma colloid osmotic pressure in the body to drop and ascites appears. After cirrhosis, fibrous tissues in the liver proliferate and pseudo lobules are formed, resulting in compression of hepatic blood sinusoids, poor microcirculation and blockage of hepatic venous blood flow, which gradually leads to portal hypertension and obstruction of lymphatic flow, eventually leading to ascites formation. It is because the structure of the liver is difficult to be reversed after cirrhosis, the synthetic function cannot be fully restored, and portal hypertension persists, so ascites cannot be completely cured without recurrence, and only medication can be used to reduce its probability of recurrence.
