Many of our hospitals do not have psychological counselors, there are no plastic surgeons in cancer hospitals, and there is a lack of professionals in genetic counseling, all of which are very important aspects that require us to build multidisciplinary teams. Professor Pang Da, Vice President of Harbin Medical University, pointed out that it is probably more important to train medical students, undergraduates, and general practitioners to establish the concept of holistic management and comprehensive treatment from the perspective of medical education in terms of discipline management.
