1.Change of stool character and shape Blood in stool, or black or mucus-like; thin or flattened stool shape. These may be caused by bleeding from cancer foci or tumor extrusion. Changes in bowel habits, such as changes in time and frequency of bowel movements, persistent constipation, diarrhea, alternating diarrhea and constipation, etc. If the effect of diarrhea medication is not good, you should be alert and seek further medical examination. 3.Struggling to defecate or heavy afterwards Struggling to defecate or having a feeling of stool but no stool is released, this situation is often called “heavy afterwards”, or feeling that there is still stool after defecation, but it cannot be defecated.
