Targeted drugs for the treatment of bowel cancer

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system. Currently, the targeted drugs used in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer in China mainly include bevacizumab, cetuximab, furoquitinib and regorafenib. Among them, bevacizumab and cetuximab are intravenous targeted therapy drugs, and furoquinitinib and regorafenib are oral targeted therapy drugs, bevacizumab and cetuximab are used for first-line treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, and furoquinitinib and regorafenib are used for third-line treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, whether to apply bevacizumab or cetuximab in the first line needs to be decided based on the results of Kras gene monitoring of tumor specimens. The decision is based on the results of Kras gene monitoring of the patient’s tumor specimen. When the tumor progresses after the first and second line treatment, the third line can be considered to apply regorafenib and also furoquinitinib, which is an oral anti-angiogenic targeted drug developed independently in China.
