Usage of amiodarone after atrial fibrillation: There is no principle followed whether to apply amiodarone after surgical atrial fibrillation, but in view of the long history of most domestic patients and the large left atrium, we recommend routine application of amiodarone after surgery. The duration of 3-6 months can be decided based on patient review and sinus maintenance. Postoperative rhythm is not slow (>60 beats/min), start to apply amiodarone, 900mg/24h pump in the monitoring room (150mg/branch), if atrial fibrillation occurs, 150mg or 300mg can be pushed intravenously, can be taken orally after 0.2BID, gradually reduce the dosage to QD, recommended to take 3-6 months, can be decided according to the results of the postoperative review of the length of time to take the drug. Preoperatively, if digoxin is applied to control heart rate with good effect, it can be continued after surgery, if it is changed to amiodarone after surgery, digoxin should be discontinued, and it is not recommended to use digoxin and amiodarone at the same time.
