What is the surgical procedure for parastasectomy?

1.Anesthesia is injected before the surgery, either intravenous or local anesthesia. 2, the incision during surgery should be as hidden as possible, so as not to bring aesthetic impact. Generally, the incision is made at the outer edge of the pectoralis major muscle, so that the surgical scar will not be visible when wearing clothes after surgery, and it is also good for the healing of the incision after surgery. After the surgery, a drainage strip should be built into the incision, which can usually be removed three days after the surgery. 3. There is no envelope for the parametrium, so the flap should be free to the edge of the mass, and the excision area should be sufficient to ensure the surgical treatment effect. The entire parametrial tissue should be removed to prevent recurrence. The anterior axillary parametrium should be excised to the outer edge of the pectoralis major fascia, and the bottom should reach the deep subcutaneous fascia. The anterior axillary parametrium should be removed to the pectoralis major muscle and the posterior edge of the axilla, and the bottom should reach the deep subcutaneous fascia. The flap should be moved to the edge of the mass to ensure that the resection area is large enough so that the surgical result can be guaranteed. 4.If the parametrial breast has caused parametrial cancer, the parametrial breast and surrounding tissues should be removed and the lymph nodes should be cleared according to the treatment principle of parametrial cancer. 5.After the surgery, a drainage tube or drainage strip should be placed in the wound, and a proper pressure bandage should be applied for 1 week, so as to facilitate skin regrowth.
