What are the early symptoms of pediatric cerebral palsy?

Pediatric cerebral palsy is a very dangerous disease, so the early symptoms of pediatric cerebral palsy should be treated promptly after they are found. Hearing problem We know that hearing problem is one of the more common symptoms of pediatric cerebral palsy. After the occurrence of cerebral palsy, the hearing of pediatric cerebral palsy patients is reduced or even completely deaf, and it is most common in patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, which causes tardive cerebral palsy. The reaction of children with pediatric cerebral palsy is slower than that of normal children. Some of them are still unable to grasp objects with their hands at an early age, and they are slow to accept knowledge. Therefore, the reaction is slow. Abnormal posture There are various abnormal postures in children with cerebral palsy, which are related to abnormal muscle tone and delayed disappearance of primitive reflexes. Reduced primary motor movements are also one of the early symptoms of pediatric cerebral palsy. In the neonatal period, it is characterized by reduced movements, poor sucking ability and feeding, and difficulty in feeding, with some rarely crying. In children with cerebral palsy, kicking and stirring activities are significantly reduced, or both legs may kick and stir at the same time. If only one lower limb is kicking and the other is not moving, then the side that is not moving is abnormal. Children with cerebral palsy rarely crawl, and even when they do, their movements are uncoordinated. V. Myotonia abnormalities Most newborns show hypotonia, except for a few severe cases with increased myotonia. In contrast to normal infants, who gradually lower their muscle tone from high to high, their hips are raised very high when they are prone, and their knees are difficult to straighten; when they are in an upright suspended position, the lower limbs of normal infants are flexed, while the lower limbs of infants with cerebral palsy are straightened. The symptoms of pediatric cerebral palsy are increased muscle tone, low muscle tone, and variable muscle tone. Patients with cerebral palsy often have abnormal postural reflexes, which are due to the primitive reflexes and the influence of abnormal muscle tone. Some patients may even develop hand and foot deformities.
