1. Procedures for medical consultation 1.1 During the specialist outpatient time, please bring your baby to the first floor lobby of the outpatient clinic of the Children’s Hospital to register for the specialist number of the Department of Child Rehabilitation and enter the consultation room according to the order of the numbers you registered. 1.2 At other times, please contact the Department of Pediatric Rehabilitation and bring your baby to the Department of Pediatric Rehabilitation. 1.3 It is better to put on diapers for your child before the consultation so as not to delay the consultation or examination. 2. The specific examination locations for the examination orders issued by the doctor are introduced as follows: 2.1 Head CT or Head MRI is on the 1st floor of the Radiology Department. Please make an appointment with the relevant department with the examination application form to register for the examination beforehand, and it is necessary to apply sedative half an hour in advance. 2.2 General radiography (chest X-ray, etc.): on the 2nd floor of the Department of Radiology, the examination can be conducted directly. 2.3 Electroencephalogram, brainstem auditory evoked potential, visual evoked potential, electrocardiogram, ultrasonography, electromyography: all on the second floor of the Outpatient Clinic, all require an appointment, and the brainstem auditory evoked potential and visual evoked potential examinations require the application of sedatives half an hour in advance. 2.4 Ophthalmology (fundus) examination: it is conducted in the Ophthalmology Department on the fourth floor of the outpatient clinic of the Central Hospital. 2.5 Stomatology: If you need to see the oral cavity such as tongue tie or teeth, it is on the second floor of the Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinic. 2.6 Hearing Screening: done at the Children’s Health Department on the 3rd floor of the Children’s Hospital. 2.7 Blood tests: 1) Routine blood, urine and stool: all at the Laboratory Department on the 2nd floor of the Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinic. The specimens can be sent for examination when prepared. (2) Liver and kidney function, cardiac enzymology, TORCH complete set, thyroid function axis, electrolytes, fasting blood glucose, etc.: all of them are drawn in the blood drawing room of the Laboratory Department on the second floor of the outpatient clinic. Liver function tests and fasting blood sugar require fasting. (3) Chromosome examination: blood is drawn in the Laboratory on the second floor of the Outpatient Clinic before 9:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays every week. 2.8 Tests, scores, etc.: Intelligence test, NBNA score, 20-item neuromotor developmental examination, etc.: In the Department of Child Rehabilitation, an appointment is required, so please complete it according to the appointment time. 2.9 Training guidance: Home motor training guidance: Consultation at the Department of Child Rehabilitation.
