(1) After the wound is removed two weeks after radical breast cancer surgery, you can do: upper limb pendulum exercise; shoulder shrugging and rotating exercise; deep breathing exercise; arm raising exercise; finger climbing wall exercise. Train 3 times a day, and at the same time, perform daily life movement training for six months to one year. (2) Pay attention to elevating the affected limb after surgery and strengthen the activities of the affected limb, especially the activities of the fingers, in order to promote blood circulation. Centripetal massage of the affected limb can effectively reduce edema. (3) When lymphedema is heavy, apply intermittent pneumatic cuffs or wear elastic compression cuffs. (4) Avoid venipuncture, infusion and blood pressure measurement in the affected upper extremity. (5) Avoid scratches, insect bites, cuts and burns on the affected limb. (6) Avoid heavy physical work on the affected limb and wear gloves when doing household chores that can easily damage the skin. (7) Patients should adopt a low-salt diet to reduce water and sodium retention as much as possible, and consider using diuretics if necessary. (8) Patients may choose to wear breast implants or may wear loose clothing to conceal the deformity.
