Diagnostic and treatment options and consultation guidelines for celiac disease

Many patients come to the clinic with cervical erosion. First of all, it is important to clarify that cervical erosion is not a disease, it is a surface condition of the cervix formed by the replacement of the cervical squamous epithelium with columnar epithelium, and it is completely related to hormonal levels (postmenopausal women basically do not have cervical erosion). The diagnosis and treatment strategy: 1) TCT/HPV 2) Colposcopy is recommended if both are positive. 3. If the above two are negative, physical therapy (laser, freezing, microwave, etc.) is feasible for those with increased leucorrhea, but not for those with fertility requirements. 4. If the above are negative, the leucorrhea is not excessive and there is no bleeding during intercourse, no treatment is needed.
