The leucorrhoea is a normal female vaginal secretion, and the colour, shape and odor of the leucorrhoea can reflect the health status of the female reproductive system. When the endometrium is infected by pathogenic microorganisms and causes endometritis, it also causes yellowish leucorrhoea and is often accompanied by pain in the lower abdomen and even fever.
