For yellowish leucorrhea with odor, use metronidazole suppositories vaginally, one capsule once a day for 7-10 days as a course of treatment; also use diflufenac ointment, one capsule once a day for 7-10 days as a course of treatment; also use nifurtimox tablets vaginally, one capsule once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment; or systemic medication to give metronidazole tablets, 2 grams in one dose; or levofloxacin tablets 0.4 grams, once a day orally for 5 days; or give Chinese medicine, such as Gong Yan Ping tablets, Kun Fu Kang capsules, etc. to clear heat and remove dampness and stop the belt. Yellowish leucorrhea with odor is usually caused by vaginal inflammation, or bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas vaginitis or senile vaginitis.
