If the economic conditions are poor, it is recommended to choose the cable-controlled prosthetic hand, which is light, durable and cheap, and can also complete some simple movements, suitable for labor. Humeral amputation lost the wrist and elbow joints, the upper arm prosthesis has limited compensatory function, and the operation is cumbersome, heavy, expensive, so many people, especially unilateral amputees prefer to light, beautiful decorative prosthesis. The upper arm and shoulder disarticulation cosmetic prosthesis adopts a skeletal structure similar to that of the lower limb prosthesis, with silicone rubber simulated hand skin and internal padding sponge, which has a good visual and tactile effect. (F) shoulder disarticulation prosthesis optional shoulder joint disarticulation and scapula disarticulation amputation, amputees shoulder joint function is also lost, although there are such myoelectric prosthesis and mechanical prosthesis, but the production is difficult, high cost, high weight, difficult to operate and control, and the restored function is very limited, therefore, the majority of amputees choose decorative prosthesis.
