Fuel for Health – Proper Nutrition

Food is the mainstay of the people. Food is the main and most important source of nutrition for the human body, and is the basic substance to sustain life. The food we eat every day not only affects our quality of life, but also determines our lifelong health. A reasonable diet with adequate nutrition can improve the health of a generation, prevent the development of many diseases, prolong life expectancy and improve physical fitness. Irrational diet, over or under nutrition, can bring different degrees of health hazards. For example, over-eating can lead to obesity, diabetes, gallstone disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and many other diseases due to over-nutrition, and even induce middle tumors, such as breast cancer and colon cancer. Not only does it seriously affect health, but also shortens life expectancy.
