Is it normal to snore in bed?

When asking people: Do you snore? Some people will answer that they will snore when they are tired and fall asleep; some people will answer that they often snore and it is normal to snore in their sleep. Snoring is not a problem for many people, but in fact, snoring is probably a hidden killer of your health. Snoring at night with apnea and drowsiness during the day is a sleep breathing disease of unknown etiology, medically known as sleep apnea syndrome. The effects of sleep apnea syndrome on the body are significant. It can lead to increased nighttime urination, morning headaches, irritability, mental and memory loss, and sexual dysfunction, and in severe cases, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and cerebrovascular disease. The mortality rate associated with sleep apnea syndrome is very high. Scientific studies have found that the 7-year mortality rate is as high as 16%. Patients with severe sleep apnea syndrome are followed for 8 years and 40% die. Of those who died suddenly, 20% were caused by sleep apnea syndrome. So please be alert to snoring during sleep, apnea, and constant drowsiness during the day, and seek medical attention as soon as necessary to avoid delays.
