Case 1: Female, 54 years old, hepatic hemangioma was found on physical examination. The lesion was located in the periphery of the liver. Interventional embolization with iodine oil + pinyamycin was performed. Three months after the intervention, the lesion was reduced by 50% on re-examination of CT. Case 2: Female, 38 years old. CT enhancement: multiple hepatic hemangiomas. The largest lesion was treated by interventional embolization with iodine oil + pinyamycin, and the lesion had shrunk at the follow-up CT examination in March. The symptoms disappeared. The small lesions are reviewed regularly.
