Here are some ideas for heart patients: 1) Count from 1 to 10 before reacting when you want to get angry or have an emotional outburst.  2) Take a few deep breaths until you feel your body stop tensing up.  3) Even if you just go to the bathroom and go out for a change of scenery, you can also go for a walk.
